Complimentary Shipping

Many of our products qualify for free shipping. However, some items may incur additional shipping charges depending on supplier agreements. If you’re unsure about shipping costs, feel free to reach out for clarification.

Order Processing and Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday).
Shipping Time: In-stock items are generally delivered within 3-9 business days.
Carriers: We utilize UPS Ground and FedEx Ground for shipping services.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your package ships, tracking details will be sent to you via email. If you don’t receive tracking information within six business days, please contact us at support@premiumindoorgolf.com.

Inspecting Your Shipment

Upon delivery, please check the package for any visible damage. Document any issues on the delivery receipt. If items are missing or damaged, notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@premiumindoorgolf.com as soon as possible for assistance.

Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused for reasons other than shipping damage or an error on our part, a 20% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges may be applied.

We will confirm that the price follows the MAP policy, and if it does, we are more than happy to match the price. Whether you’re requesting a custom discount or have already made your purchase, we will gladly refund the difference.

Please keep in mind that our Price Match Guarantee is subject to certain conditions:

Deals involving rebates, coupons, or "buy one, get one free" offers are not eligible.
